    Mark kam aus der Unterhaltungs-, Freizeit- und Verbrauchsgüterindustrie zu Tune Hotels. Mark hatte über 15 Jahre im Konzern Warner Music eine leitende, regionale Rolle sowie die Management-Geschäftsführung in ganz Asien, und deshalb hat er Erfahrungen im Unternehmensmanagement von gesammelt, die vom Management in Start-up-Phasen bis hin zur Leitung wachstumsorientierter Firmen in ganz Asien, insbesondere in China, reichen. Da er einen Großteil seiner Zeit in Hotels verbracht hat, (und tatsächlich sogar in einem in HK und Taipeh ein ganzes Jahr gelebt hat!) und sehen konnte, wie wenig Zeit Musiker tatsächlich in den Hotels verbringen, steht er voll und ganz hinter untererem Versprechen einen erholsamen Schlaf, eine wohltuende Dusche und am nächsten Morgen eine saubere und sichere Umgebung für alle Tune Hotelgäste zu garantieren.

  • Mimi - Director of Business Systems & IT

    Mimi joined Tune Hotels as Director of Business Systems & IT in 2014. A hotelier by profession, she started with 8 years of experience in the hotel industry in Front Office, including pre-opening experience for one of the largest resorts in Malaysia as well as a 5-star resort on the mythical island of Langkawi. Due to her inclination towards IT, she decided to venture into Hospitality IT to broaden her professional portfolio. Having worked for the past 17 years with two of the most prominent hospitality software companies in project management, support, quality assurance and global operations, Mimi brings with her a wealth of experience in hospitality IT, intertwined with her deep knowledge of hotel operations.

  • Zailan Jaafar - Head of People

    Zailan has nearly 28 years of Human Resource Management experience in various industries. Amongst them are in manufacturing, world reputable retail industry, and her last stint were with three prominent Investment banks /Financial Group in Malaysia where two of them she was the Head of Group Human Resources. Her forte lies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, HRMIS, Employee Relations and Talent Growth and Nurturing. Driven by her belief that empowerment is key to the success of talent management, she plays a prominent role as Human Resource Business Partner providing insights and consultation to various business units with her people-centric insights and her emphasis on work culture as key to business success. During her stint, she had developed policies relating to Human Resources which has been successfully implemented and being used to these days. She has been described as peoples’ person, approachable and passionate about her work. Whilst she works well with people, she has deep compassion for cats and their causes.
