    Mark est arrivé chez Tune Hotels après avoir travaillé dans l'industrie des équipements de loisirs et de divertissement. Avec plus de quinze ans d'expérience au sein du groupe Warner Music Group, en tant que Directeur régional puis Directeur général pour l'Asie, Mark est un cadre expérimenté aussi bien dans le lancement de nouvelles entreprises que dans leur développement, notamment en Asie et en Chine. Ayant lui-même fréquenté un nombre extraordinaire d'hôtels (il a même passé une année entière entre un établissement de Hong-Kong et un autre à Taipei !), et ayant pu se rendre compte par lui-même du peu de temps que passent les artistes à l'hôtel lorsqu'ils sont en enregistrement, il sait à quel point il est important d'offrir une bonne nuit de sommeil, une douche chaude régénérante au matin, mais aussi un cadre propre et sûr à tous les clients des Tune Hotels !

  • Mimi - Director of Business Systems & IT

    Mimi joined Tune Hotels as Director of Business Systems & IT in 2014. A hotelier by profession, she started with 8 years of experience in the hotel industry in Front Office, including pre-opening experience for one of the largest resorts in Malaysia as well as a 5-star resort on the mythical island of Langkawi. Due to her inclination towards IT, she decided to venture into Hospitality IT to broaden her professional portfolio. Having worked for the past 17 years with two of the most prominent hospitality software companies in project management, support, quality assurance and global operations, Mimi brings with her a wealth of experience in hospitality IT, intertwined with her deep knowledge of hotel operations.

  • Zailan Jaafar - Head of People

    Zailan has nearly 28 years of Human Resource Management experience in various industries. Amongst them are in manufacturing, world reputable retail industry, and her last stint were with three prominent Investment banks /Financial Group in Malaysia where two of them she was the Head of Group Human Resources. Her forte lies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, HRMIS, Employee Relations and Talent Growth and Nurturing. Driven by her belief that empowerment is key to the success of talent management, she plays a prominent role as Human Resource Business Partner providing insights and consultation to various business units with her people-centric insights and her emphasis on work culture as key to business success. During her stint, she had developed policies relating to Human Resources which has been successfully implemented and being used to these days. She has been described as peoples’ person, approachable and passionate about her work. Whilst she works well with people, she has deep compassion for cats and their causes.
