Excellent room - pure, modern, cosy and comfortable. An excellent location - affinity to stations LRT, KL Monorail and to tourist places. Simple and convenient ways of arrival from the airport (namely from LCC-T). Easy and clear procedure of booking through Internet. Also still time we apologize for the misunderstanding which connected with our purse and has happened on our fault. "Wow! You're Tune Hotel Team really listen . The improvements and additions you made in the rooms , from the last time I stayed in November to today ,was just comfort... comfort .. comfort. The writing table was just where I need it and the side table cum safe deposit box was just dandy. The new look of the rest room made it very retro and sexy at the same time. Kudos to the management and the staff for always finding ways to make our stay 5 star at one star rate. "Excellent service at reception.However, being made to wait until 2.00pm for checking in is too tiring after a long drive. Check out time should be at 12.00 noon rather than have a staff knocking on the door at 10.00 am reminding us the check out time. Keep it up the good work."
